Youth Leadership Workshops
See it. Name it. Own it. Lead anyway.
Program Purpose
Clock It: Unapologetically Black is a leadership development program designed to support Black youth ages 13-17 in Durham Region in recognizing systems, stereotypes, and societal narratives—clocking them while building the confidence, skills, and self-trust needed to lead authentically and unapologetically.
This program affirms Black identity as a source of power, wisdom, creativity, and leadership, not something to be minimized or explained.
