Important Policies & Procedures

Our Policies and Procedures are designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and well-organized experience for all campers and families. We kindly ask that all parents and guardians review the information below, as it addresses many frequently asked questions.

  1. Drop-Off and Pick-Up Times:

    Standard camp hours are 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

    After-care is available from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. for $20.00 per day

All campers must be picked up no later than 6:00 p.m.

  2. Sign-In / Sign-Out Requirement:

For the safety of all participants, parents and guardians are required to enter the studio and initial the attendance sheet when dropping off or picking up their child.

    Location:

    1895 Clements Rd., Unit #102

    Pickering, ON L1W 3V5, Canada

  3. Nut-Free Policy:

Due to the risk of nut allergies, we ask that no foods containing nuts be packed in your child’s lunch or snacks.

  4. Appropriate Clothing:

Campers are expected to be dressed appropriately and respectfully at all times.

Clothing displaying racist, sexist, violent, profane, or demeaning language or imagery is not permitted.

We recommend comfortable clothing, indoor shoes, and socks, as these are best suited for daily camp activities.

  5. Summer Camp Only:

Campers should also bring swimwear for water-play or pool days. For safety reasons, flip-flops are strongly discouraged. Crocs are encouraged to help prevent foot injuries.

Thank you for your cooperation and support in maintaining a safe and positive camp environment for all children.

We have included the following list of what to bring and what not to bring to the camp so that all of our campers are prepared for the day-to-day activities. Likewise, items on the what not to bring list should remain at home at all times.
