Afro-Brazilian Martial Arts (Capoeira) Dance Classes

Ages: 8+
Schedule: Saturdays, 11:00 am – 12:15 pm

Overview:

Capoeira fuses martial arts, dance, acrobatics, and music. Students learn ginga basics, acrobatic movements, and traditional capoeira songs and instruments.

What You’ll Learn:

• Ginga footwork and basic kicks

• Acrobatics (au, macaco) and partner drills

• Berimbau rhythms and call-and-response singing

Pricing:

• Registration Fee: $25 (includes Afiwi T-shirt)

• Class Price: $80/month ($20/class)

• End of Year showcase package: $40.00 ( includes insurance and video of link of showcase)​

• Multi-Class Discount: 5% discount when enrolled in more than one dance  class
